Associate Director, Human Resources - Remote

My client is seeking an Associate Director of Human Resources to join their growing team and help shape the future of their organization. This is a high-impact role where you will partner with senior leaders to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with business goals and support organizational growth.
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee key HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and learning & development.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, change management, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Use HR metrics and data analytics to inform decisions, improve processes, and measure success.
  • Coach and develop HR team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing HR function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; industry experience in biotech is a required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
