The successful candidate will collaborate across Medical Affairs, Sales, Legal, and Regulatory, and travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree; MBA/MS is a plus.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech marketing with HCP focus.
• Experience creating compliant HCP promotional campaigns.
• Strong multichannel marketing and data-driven approach.
• Experience with MLR review processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of HCP marketing strategies.
• Translate brand strategy into compliant promotional materials for HCPs.
• Execute omnichannel campaigns and optimize performance with data.
• Partner with field organization and cross-functional teams to execute programs.
• Manage multiple initiatives with timelines and budgets.
• Analyze market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and external agencies on programs.
• Present plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.
