Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, engineering, science or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in supply chain management in a life science/pharma or related STEM environment.
• 10+ years of progressive materials management, procurement, contracts management, and/or strategic sourcing experience in a fast-paced pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, master scheduling, capacity planning, materials management, inventory control, logistics, sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Support MRB processes and coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing and Finance on related activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive best-in-class manufacturing and materials planning processes.
• Set team objectives, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and staffing; coach and develop staff and cross-functional partners.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or other relevant degree field
