Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company in Lebanon, Indiana, is seeking a manufacturing quality leader to startup a greenfield site for clinical and commercial supply. Lead cross-functional teams with a contract manufacturer to develop quality and supply plans and align on the technical agenda.

You will ensure cGMP compliance, manage production and release schedules, and drive continuous improvement with GCMS metrics across the network. Travel ~20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry/Biochemistry or related science.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical support, quality assurance, and/or quality engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Joint Process Team (JPT) between Lilly and CM to develop and implement Quality and Supply Plans and the Technical Agenda.
• Facilitate quality, technical, and regulatory compliance to ensure continuous supply to the marketplace.
• Manage production, batch release and shipment schedules to meet objectives.
• Resolve supply chain issues and communicate status to management and steering teams.
• Ensure MRD and contracts are adhered to by Lilly and CM.
