Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks a Supply Chain leader to direct end-to-end processes from demand planning to procurement. You will drive material planning, scheduling, and supplier relations while upholding GMP and regulatory standards in a fast-paced life sciences setting.

Strong collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing and Finance, plus leadership of KPIs and budgets, will be essential to ensure timely materials and compliant operations across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or related field.
• 10+ years in materials management, procurement, contracts management, or strategic sourcing in life sciences.
• Experience in fast-paced pharmaceutical or related environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain processes including demand, supply, master scheduling and logistics.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and Finance on MRB and regulatory compliance.
• Set objectives, track KPIs, manage budget and staffing; foster safety and quality culture.
• Partner cross-functionally to advance project portfolios and product milestones.
