Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company in Houston is seeking a Senior Director, Supply Chain to lead site-wide planning, warehousing, and logistics to ensure reliable product delivery and regulatory compliance.

You will translate forecasts into production plans, optimize inventory, develop planning tools and dashboards, and partner with Global Supply Chain and procurement to meet production requirements during startup and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting manufacturing operations, preferably in a supply chain capacity.
• Experience with planning processes (demand management, forecasting, manufacturing orders, bills of materials).
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide supply chain, warehousing, and logistics operations.
• Translate forecasts into production plans and manage inventory risk.
• Develop planning tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with Global Supply Chain and procurement functions.
