Join to apply for the Associate Director, Global Procurement - Patient Support & Market Access role at Regeneron

We are seeking an Associate Director, Global Procurement; Market Access to develop and execute the Category Management strategy for Patient Programs & Market Access. This role involves collaborating with business partners to assess global supply base capabilities, owning supplier relationships, leading sourcing projects, and managing performance and service delivery.

This position is based onsite at our Corporate HQ in Sleepy Hollow, NY (4 days a week) and is not open to hybrid or fully remote work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop procurement activities to support Regeneron’s Market Access Team.
2. Serve as a primary global and domestic contact for stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
3. Create plans to generate savings, improve cash flow, and enhance efficiency.
4. Improve global procurement processes leveraging Global Procurement resources.
5. Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), negotiations, and planning with suppliers.
6. Gain knowledge about Regeneron’s product portfolio and support future needs.
7. Use market research, benchmarking, and stakeholder input to optimize support strategies.
8. Lead sourcing activities with a team and global capabilities center.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing category processes and suppliers across various categories.
• Adept at influencing stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior procurement experience, especially in market access.
• Knowledge of negotiations, sourcing, stakeholder management, and SRM.
• Ability to utilize external data, market info, and supplier engagement for continuous improvement.
• Operate with integrity, focus, and clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with global supply market evaluation tools and processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and +10 years of procurement experience.
• Certifications like CPSM/CPM/CTPE are helpful.
• Experience with sourcing tools, ERPs, and eRFx systems (Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba, etc.).
• Proficiency in business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
