Salesforce Professional Services focuses on delivering strategic engagements that define transformational opportunities and articulate clear plans for change programs. We engage with executive-level customers to align on business goals and maximize Salesforce value, considering people, process, and technology.

Overview of the Role

We seek an Account Partner Director to join our Professional Services sales team within Customer Success Group (CSG). Your role is to act as a trusted advisor, providing execution excellence, deep business understanding, and a strategic roadmap to ensure customer success and maximize their Salesforce investment.

You will build relationships across sales and extended teams, evaluate and counsel on programs, and serve as the deal strategist and execution lead, supported by our delivery organization.

Your Impact
  • Develop strategic, enterprise-level strategies for ambitious clients
  • Manage qualification, deal cycles, account reviews, and value assessments
  • Be accountable for bookings, revenue, margins, CSAT, and delivered value
  • Ensure smooth handovers to delivery teams with effective margins and staffing
  • Act as a trusted advisor to accelerate value and improve outcomes
  • Develop repeatable motions within specific verticals
  • Serve as SME and leader for sales teams
  • Coordinate between internal and external teams
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years managing or leading a book-of-business
  • 8+ years in consulting
  • Experience selling digital transformation services
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, value propositions, and outcomes-based engagements
  • Experience creating marketing, sales, and strategy assets
  • Knowledge of global procurement processes and pricing strategies
  • Skilled in engaging C-Suite executives
  • Background in delivering key initiatives for firms or product companies
  • Degree or equivalent experience, evaluated on core proficiencies

Compensation

For New York-based roles, the salary range is $138,905 to $256,100, depending on experience and other factors. Benefits details are available at salesforcebenefits.com.
