Overview of the Role

We are seeking an Account Partner Director to join our Professional Services sales team within Customer Success Group (CSG). The Account Partner acts as a trusted advisor, providing execution excellence, deep knowledge of the customer's business, and a strategic roadmap to success. The role involves building relationships with sales and extended teams to understand, evaluate, and counsel on programs to achieve customer goals. You will be responsible for deal origination, strategy, and execution, supported by our delivery organization.

Your Impact
  • Develop strategic, enterprise-level strategies for ambitious customers
  • Participate in qualification, deal cycles, account reviews, and value assessments
  • Manage bookings, revenue, margin, CSAT, and delivered value
  • Ensure smooth transition to delivery teams with effective margins and staffing
  • Act as a trusted advisor to accelerate value and improve outcomes
  • Develop repeatable motions within micro-verticals
  • Serve as SME, leader, and services consultant to sales teams
  • Coordinate between internal and external teams
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years managing or leading a book-of-business
  • 8+ years in consulting environments
  • Experience selling professional services related to digital transformation
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, value propositions, and outcomes
  • Experience building assets from scratch, including marketing and sales solutions
  • Experience with global procurement and deal strategy
  • Skilled in engaging with C-Suite executives
  • Background in delivering critical initiatives for firms or product companies
  • Degree or equivalent experience; relevant leadership, military, volunteer, or work experience will be considered

Location-based salary ranges: For New York, $138,905 to $256,100. Salary offers depend on location, experience, and skills. Roles may include incentives, equity, and benefits.
