Barings in Charlotte, NC seeks a Client Service Manager to support institutional clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring end-to-end service delivery with internal teams.

The role requires strong relationship management, proactive issue resolution, and the ability to anticipate client needs while identifying service enhancements that strengthen Barings’ value proposition. Experience in asset management and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Formación

• Experience in asset management or management consulting for financial services.
• Experience servicing institutional investors (Corporate Pension, Public Pension, Insurance Companies, etc.).
• High emotional intelligence with client-first mindset.
• Strong communication; able to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Salesforce preferred.
• Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with onboarding and stakeholders to ensure smooth client onboarding and issue escalation.
• Develop understanding of clients and deliver superior service while strengthening relationships.
• Coordinate resolution of complex client inquiries across accounting, regulatory, and operational topics.
• Maintain client data and interactions in CRM Client360 with transparent communication.
• Deliver client communications on events, reporting updates, product changes, and messages with internal teams.
• Attend client meetings virtually/in-person; prepare materials and host due diligence meetings.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients; share updates on progress and initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic projects to improve client experience across Barings’ U.S. client base.
