Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) required.
10 years progressive accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 or life sciences.
Deep technical accounting expertise with IFRS knowledge a plus.
Strong ERP system knowledge and advanced Excel skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Manage financial reporting processes in compliance with IFRS and GAM.
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting for US entities.
Serve as the technical accounting lead for the US Accounting team.
Coordinate monthly Analytical Reviews and review transactions for compliance.
Monitor KPIs and support global/local finance projects.
