Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) required.
• 10 years progressive accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 or life sciences.
• Deep technical accounting expertise with IFRS knowledge a plus.
• Strong ERP system knowledge and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting processes in compliance with IFRS and GAM.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting for US entities.
• Serve as the technical accounting lead for the US Accounting team.
• Coordinate monthly Analytical Reviews and review transactions for compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and support global/local finance projects.
