The ideal candidate will have a CPA or MBA, 15 years in financial accounting, and pharma sector experience. The position involves coordinating with Corporate IT on finance systems and guiding high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required or strongly preferred.
• MBA or CPA license strongly preferred.
• Experience in public accounting and/or pharmaceuticals industry is preferred.
• Experience in Gross to Net and Inventory accounting is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of recent financial reporting or relevant audit experience, with at least 15 years in Financial Accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP S4 HANA.

Responsibilities

• Direct monthly general ledger close, account analyses, financial reporting, and analytical reviews.
• Research technical accounting issues and maintain internal controls; improve end-to-end close processes.
• Oversee treasury activities, cash management, and working with Corporate HQ on cash needs.
• Lead strategic initiatives including enterprise software implementations and enhanced management reporting.
• Ensure compliance, manage interim and year-end audits, and coordinate with external auditors.
