Based in Charlotte, you will work with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, dashboards, and reporting, with a blend of analytical rigor, technical expertise, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in financial services, ideally asset management.
• Excellent MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are essential.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with presentations and reports for senior management and boards.
• Lead or contribute to projects to improve analytics tools and processes.
• Collaborate with GCG, finance, technology and product teams for data flow.
• Respond to requests from business leaders and support new initiatives.
• Map workflows and help develop new tools, templates, or protocols.
• Act as liaison for Operating Office inquiries and dashboards preparation.
