Job summary

Harvard Business School Foundry in Boston seeks an Associate Director of Programs to lead marquee founder and venture development programs, including Bootcamps, Venture Catalysts, and Funding Competitions. You will steer end-to-end program strategy, collaborate with faculty and mentors, and guide a growing team to scale across markets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; ability to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, calendar, and P&L for Foundry’s three marquee programs: Bootcamps, Venture Catalysts, and Funding Competitions.
• Set annual and quarterly goals for program reach, quality, and revenue across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Design and oversee program execution for each cohort from planning through delivery, incl. curriculum sequencing and selection criteria.
• Build and maintain operational playbooks, templates, and systems for scalable programs.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Recruit, brief, and manage faculty advisors, speakers, and mentors; coordinate logistics and content alignment.
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, technology/AI product, and operations to align program delivery with Foundry strategy.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for B2C paying customers; act on feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.
