• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of program management and execution experience.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, calendar, and P&L for Foundry’s marquee programs.
• Design and oversee program execution from planning through delivery.
• Lead a team of program staff and collaborate with faculty, mentors, and partners.
• Deploy AI tools to streamline workflows while preserving personal touch.
• Coordinate with marketing, technology, and operations to align program delivery with strategy.
