Job summary

Endless Frontier Labs, founded at New York University, Stern School of Business, seeks an Associate Director to lead program operations including venture recruiting, evaluation, management, and securing follow-on investment for the Digital Health Track.

In collaboration with the Director, you will build external partnerships, develop curriculum, and expand opportunities through centers of innovation, venture funds, and accelerators, while traveling internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's or STEM-focused graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with startups, accelerators, or venture capital.
• Strong business development, relationship management, financial analysis, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Endless Frontier Labs operations and program delivery.
• Lead venture recruiting, evaluation, and management for the Digital Health Track.
• Secure follow-on investment and manage communications and resource mobilization.
• Develop external partnerships with universities, VC funds, incubators, and tech associations.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and student projects.
