Job summary

Harvard University’s Harvard Business School Foundry is seeking an Associate Director of Programs to oversee marquee founder and venture development initiatives such as Bootcamps, Venture Catalysts, and Funding Competitions. You will lead a team, coordinate with faculty and mentors, and collaborate with internal teams to scale offerings while maintaining exceptional program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 7+ years of program management and execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, calendar, and P&L for three marquee programs: Bootcamps, Venture Catalysts, Funding Competitions.
• Design and oversee program execution from planning through delivery, including curriculum sequencing and selection criteria.
• Lead and develop a team of program staff; set roles, workflows, and performance expectations.
• Recruit, brief, and manage faculty advisors, speakers, and mentors; coordinate logistics and align content with goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, AI/product, and operations to integrate AI tools and platform into program delivery.
• Manage customer relationships for B2C paying customers enrolled in programs; gather feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.
