The Associate Director for Transfer Advising will:
Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of related experience are required. A Master’s degree in student personnel administration, higher education, counseling, or a related field is preferred. Experience advising transfer students, disabled students, or students in academic difficulty is also preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse community.
This position offers a salary range of $96,602 - $107,789, with benefits supporting health, wellness, and professional growth.
