Job summary

College of Charleston seeks an Associate Director for First Year Experience and Students in Transition. This role supports enrollment management, course scheduling, and reporting for FYE and FYSS, while coordinating with advisors, chairs, and faculty to boost student success in the first year.

The incumbent will manage enrollment data, assist with program assessment, and maintain FYE digital materials. Some early hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 1–2 years of higher education experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred; related training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment of FYE courses and pre-enrollment for fall/spring.
• Track completion of FYE requirements and coordinate with faculty/staff.
• Support events, budgeting, and coordination with CEPE/Registrar offices.
• Assist in building and scheduling FYE courses in Banner with registrar’s office.
• Assist with program assessment and regular program reviews.
