Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Associate Director, Financial Operations & Services within Development Finance. This role manages key staff-facing financial processes, approvals, and reporting to promote efficient operations and strong internal controls.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will collaborate with enterprise partners to improve processes, ensure policy compliance, and deliver reliable financial information to support stewardship of organizational resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations and policy implementation.
• Ability to develop financial reports and dashboards.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and enterprise partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations within Development Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide guidance on financial policies, documentation standards, and approval requirements.
• Coordinate reporting on sundry funds, financial approvals, and service delivery to support budget monitoring and decision making.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and metrics to track performance and improve processes.
