The Associate Director, Financial Operations & Services manages key operational processes and staff-facing financial services within Development Finance, including transactional processes, financial approvals and reporting, and policy guidance and implementation.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this role promotes efficient, consistent, and service‑oriented practices while maintaining effective internal controls. The Associate Director partners with MGB Development Office staff and Mass General Brigham enterprise colleagues to improve financial processes, strengthen service delivery, and support responsible stewardship of organizational resources.

The target salary for this position is $90,000 - $105,000/Annual. Final offers will be based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
