Associate Director, Field Sales – CCH Tagetik – Remote

Position: Permanent remote role with travel required. Preferred candidates will be located in PST or CST.

Role Overview: As the Associate Director, Field Sales, you will lead multiple sales teams across various regions or markets, driving revenue growth, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. You will inspire managers and teams to achieve results, shape sales culture, and align departments toward organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CCH Tagetik sales team to maximize solution sales, customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and territory management.
  • Oversee revenue pipeline, collaborating with AEs, product specialists, and partners on sales strategies and solutions.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets with broad team participation and high business partner engagement.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and business planning.
  • Develop relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Provide transactional sales support and handle partner/customer issues requiring senior management intervention.
  • Maintain sales hygiene, including account planning, system updates, and pipeline accuracy.
  • Attract, develop, mentor, motivate, and retain a team of Account Executives.
  • Monitor departmental performance, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
  • Align sales activities with company goals through effective communication and strategy meetings.
  • Contribute to sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
Qualifications:
  • 10-15 years of sales experience in SaaS and technology or 7-10 years in CPM/EPM.
  • 1-2 years of frontline management and leadership experience.
  • Expertise in sales strategy, leadership, revenue growth, cross-department coordination, client relations, operational excellence, strategic communication, and data analysis.
Travel:
  • 30-50% travel required.

Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office during recruitment.

Compensation:

Target salary range in CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $153,200 - $216,850.
