Job summary

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional workstreams, defining project scopes, and developing milestone-based plans while partnering with Medical, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics, and IT to advance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; minimum 10+ years in pharma/biotech (Field Medical, Field Sales, Field Management, Operations Support, or Marketing) or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analytics; Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and BI/reporting tools (Veeva CRM, Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and advance Field Medical organization through governance, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Manage Field Medical audits, insights reviews, and leadership recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams supporting CRM, reporting/analytics, and operational enhancements.
• Gather requirements, define scope, set goals, and develop project execution plans with milestones.
• Establish governance for needs assessment and issue resolution; prioritize system enhancements.
• Partner with Medical, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics, IT, and other stakeholders to drive initiatives.
• Facilitate issue resolution across departments and functions.
• Incorporate field medical insights into actionable tools and reporting capabilities.
• Support Medical training to promote adoption of field medical tools and resources.
• Provide recommendations and develop solutions to support field medical reporting, communications, and meetings.
• Participate in weekly/monthly Field Medical Leadership calls to address operational needs.
