Job summary

Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead Field Medical operations in the United States.

You will establish a strategic framework aligning Field Medical with corporate operations and drive efficiency through centralized processes and Veeva CRM guidance. Responsibilities include onboarding hires, collaborating with cross-functional programs, and leading technology enhancements for field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare or business is required.
• Minimum 8+ years in pharma with Grants or Medical Affairs operations.
• Experience with Veeva CRM and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Guide and implement an effective Field Medical organization in the U.S.
• Provide strategic alignment between Field Medical and operations.
• Onboard and train new hires on policies and Veeva CRM.
• Lead technology enhancements for field-related tools and processes.
• Partner with Congress and Strategic Operations on cross-functional initiatives.
