AT&T inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking Associate Director-Product Management & Development to lead Fiber Broadband strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for business customers.

You will own portfolio performance and drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology and Operations. The role requires 8+ years in product management, strong financial acumen, and ability to translate market insights into investment decisions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years PM experience.
• Experience with P&L, financial analysis, and business case development.
• Experience in fiber broadband or telecom.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Fiber Broadband product strategy, multi-year roadmap and investment priorities.
• Drive penetration and subscriber growth, launch programs with Sales to expand relationships.
• Lead product development from concept through launch, including requirements, testing and GA.
• Own portfolio P&L, forecasting, cost management, and KPI reporting.
• Develop business cases for new capabilities and investments; review financial models.
• Deliver executive-ready updates and coordinate go-to-market with cross-functional partners.
