Job summary

New York University Stern School of Business seeks an Associate Director, External Relations to oversee corporate recruitment activities for the Careers team. The role will supervise daily recruitment operations, advise corporate recruiting partners in targeted industries for MBA students, and build a network of Stern alumni to cultivate employer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; at least three years of professional-level experience in human resources, career counseling, recruitment, admissions, corporate relations, or related field.
• Experience cultivating relationships and demonstrating excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, conduct, and participate in corporate recruitment activities for Stern School of Business Careers.
• Supervise daily recruitment operations and advise corporate recruiting partners in targeted industries for MBA students.
