UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Engineer in Nashville, TN.

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Engineer to:
• Responsible for executing high quality and effective software testing solutions to facilitate the success of clients and delivery partners.
• Identify areas of constant change and improvement.
• Analyze applications thoroughly and create ideas to automate company processes. Contribute to stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives at the Agile Scrum team level and above. Interact with QA Leads, Development Managers, Technical Leads and Business Leads.
• Successfully deliver strategic initiatives like Wealth Management Americas Platform(WMAP), Change the Bank, and Run the Bank testing engagements.
• Work with Quality Control methodology, specifically Agile/Scrum factory model, Shift-left mindset, early test automation, requirements/testing traceability, test planning, test execution, defect management, and project level reporting.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement:
• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or as a Quality Engineer, Manager- Projects, QTP Scripting Specialist, Software Engineer, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Testing complex workflows utilizing test automation
• Object oriented concepts, Agile methodology/factory model
• SDLC, QA and Defect Lifecycle. Open source automation tooling and CI/CD, including Gitlab and Github
• Selenium
• REST Assured API. Performing test automation framework code reviews
• Web, API and mobile testing. Test management tools including JIRA and Tableau
• Test data mining and/or creation
• Java programming
• Building and maintaining test automation frameworks. Can work remotely.
