Job Description

As a Bioprocess Applications Engineer, you will leverage Solventum’s innovative technologies to improve manufacturing processes for lifesaving medicines. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing experiments from lab to manufacturing scale, analyzing data to optimize processes
• Providing support, guidance, and training to clients
• Building technical relationships with customers
• Representing customer insights within Solventum to support sales, marketing, and product development
• Developing expertise in bioprocessing through collaborations, publications, and industry participation

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering
• At least 2 years of bioprocess development or MSAT experience
• Experience in customer support and managing vendor relationships
• Knowledge of analytical methods (HPLC, ELISA, PCR, DLS)
• Understanding of purification processes in the biopharmaceutical industry

Preferred qualifications include a Ph.D., experience with FDA processes, and knowledge of gene and cell therapy processing.

Work Location & Travel

Remote, residing in NC, MD, PA, or NJ. Travel up to 40% domestically and 5% internationally.
