The CE Aftermarket Operations team is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead Gate 3 & 4 GTF MRO line at the West Palm Beach Engine Center. The selected individual will lead a team of cell leaders and managers who oversee a bargaining unit workforce that is ultimately responsible for the final assembly, test, and completion of all GTF engines overhauled in WPB. In addition, the Gate 3/4 Operations manager will be directly responsible for meeting all: EH&S, Customer, Quality, and financial goals within the WPB GTF MRO facility. The individual will lead by devising and executing operational strategies, training plans, production resource scheduling, and continuous improvement, while providing clear and crisp communication with Org leadership, peers, and subordinates.
