We are looking for a collaborative, execution-focused Associate Director, Employee Experience & Communications to join our People Team. This role plays a critical part in shaping how employees engage with Model N—from onboarding through career milestones—while ensuring they are informed, inspired, and aligned with our company’s mission.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and managing a small global team (1 US-based, 1 India-based), this role supports the development and implementation of initiatives that drive employee engagement, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure consistent internal communications across Model N. You’ll work closely with People Team peers and cross-functional partners to build strong connections between employees and our shared goals.
