Job Summary
We’re looking for an Associate Director, Performance Marketing to own and evolve Libsyn’s paid acquisition and demand generation efforts. This role will lead the development and execution of organic and paid and media strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, DSPs, and more. You'll also breathe new life into Libsyn’s affiliate program, partner with Sales to drive high-quality podcast advertising leads, and collaborate with Product and Content Marketing to optimize traffic conversion.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution: you're just as comfortable presenting CAC:LTV trends to the executive team as you are building campaign structures in Google Ads or briefing a designer on creative iterations. You’ll lead a team of three and play a critical role in Libsyn’s next stage of growth.
