Are you passionate about transforming clinical trials through innovation and patient-centric solutions? We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Project Management – DCT to lead the delivery of decentralized clinical trial services across the U.S. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee high-impact projects, guide cross-functional teams, and collaborate with forward-thinking clients to shape the future of healthcare.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive full-cycle project delivery for decentralized clinical trials (DCTs), ensuring goals are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of project managers, coordinators, and functional experts working on innovative trial components such as home health visits, telemedicine, and direct-to-patient logistics.
  • Be the face of the project—serving as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining strong relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with clinical operations, supply chain, regulatory, and technology teams to deliver cohesive, tech-enabled DCT solutions.
  • Champion best practices by contributing to the evolution of SOPs and frameworks that improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Ensure regulatory excellence by maintaining adherence to GCP, HIPAA, GDPR, and company quality standards.
  • Support growth initiatives, including proposal development and client presentations as needed.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of project management experience in clinical research, with at least 2 years in decentralized or hybrid trial models
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site, patient-centric programs across diverse geographies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience in vendor oversight, remote patient engagement, and digital health tools is a plus
