Job summary

AT&T is seeking an experienced Safety Leader with 10 or more years in Health and Safety, including at least 5 in leadership, to oversee the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive H&S program. The role emphasizes transformative outcomes, risk management, and sustained regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

The Associate Director will drive process optimization, ensure a safe work environment, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Health and Safety with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience transforming and leading health and safety programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Proven ability to communicate safety programs to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and evaluate occupational health and safety program.
• Oversee safety program and procedures.
• Develop companywide health and safety procedures and practices.
• Implement safety initiatives aligned to the core Health and Safety program.
• Lead safety orientations and trainings across sites.
