Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced environmental compliance leader to oversee programs across sites, ensuring adherence to EPA, state, and local regulations. You will partner with site leadership and EHS teams to identify risks and implement actions that drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in regulated environments, strong knowledge of environmental regulations, and proven ability to lead regulatory inspections and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in environmental discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in environmental compliance.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, manufacturing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance programs across sites, ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Serve as SME for permits, reporting, and regulations (air, water, waste, chemicals).
• Partner with leadership and EHS teams to identify risks and implement CAPAs.
• Lead site readiness for regulatory inspections and internal audits.
• Develop and improve environmental policies and management systems.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on impact.
• Manage and develop a team of environmental professionals.
• Support sustainability initiatives with data analysis and reporting.
