Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least two years of successful administrative experience in educational or social programs.
• Proven and progressive experience implementing grant-funded or similar project goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Saturday/Summer Scholars’ Academy programming.
• Advise pre‑collegiate and collegiate students on academics and tutoring.
• Manage budgets, process payments, and reconcile expenses.
• Maintain student records for NYSED reporting.
• Assist with planning Regents preparation and curriculum development.
• Coordinate recognition ceremonies and student conferences.
• Travel to local schools and perform additional grant‑funded duties.
