Horizon Commerce, part of Horizon Media, seeks an Associate Director to lead digital shelf strategy and content across major platforms in New York, NY. You will optimize PDPs, guide catalog health, and align content with commercial goals.

The role requires 5+ years in eCommerce with PIM/PXM experience, strong analytics, and client leadership. Hybrid work in NY with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce, digital shelf, or related commerce discipline.
• Hands-on experience with PIM/PXM or content syndication platforms (Salsify, Syndigo).
• Strong understanding of retail SEO, content quality, and digital shelf best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital shelf strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other platforms.
• Manage end-to-end product content workflows, auditing and optimization, PIM updates, and retailer publication.
• Evaluate product performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients.
