Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Alliance Management to oversee eCOA vendor relationships across neuroscience programs. The role focuses on strategy, study design, implementation, data delivery, and vendor performance, with emphasis on risk management and quality controls.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external CSPs, leading governance and driving continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with contracts and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing eCOA end to end across the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to review and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partner counterparts to ensure delivery within the book of work and compliance with MSA & Quality Agreement.
• Oversee eCOA services across neuroscience programs, including study start-up, licensing, implementation, configuration, validation and data delivery.
• Lead governance meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Communicate with internal clinical teams and partner to embed the operating model and address gaps.
• Support contract negotiations and alignment across business units.
