Teva, a leading biopharmaceutical company with a strong biosimilars portfolio, seeks an Associate Director of Early Stage Planning in Parsippany, NJ. This role focuses on developing commercialization strategies for pipeline biosimilars during pre-launch planning, collaborating across strategy, access, forecasting, and finance to shape go-to-market plans.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in pharma, with market access or pricing experience; biosimilars background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry required.
• Demonstrated exposure to U.S. market access and/or pricing strategy required.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization strategy development for pipeline biosimilar assets during the T-24 to T-12 pre-launch planning period.
• Partner cross-functionally with pipeline strategy, commercial launch, market access, forecasting, insights & analytics, and finance teams to support integrated launch readiness planning.
• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support the transition of commercialization strategies to launch execution teams beginning approximately T-12 prior to anticipated launch.
• Translate market research and forecasting into actionable recommendations and go-to-market strategies.
