Job summary

Teva, a leading biopharmaceutical company with a strong biosimilars franchise, seeks a Director of Portfolio Management to shape and execute the biosimilar portfolio from development through launch and lifecycle management.

You will act as a key link across Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Technical Operations, and Marketing to deliver commercially ready biosimilars on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Advanced degrees such as MBA, MS, PharmD, or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in biosimilars, including development and commercialization or launch.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership for biosimilar programs from development through launch and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Market Access, Pricing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Lead governance with external development, manufacturing, and alliance partners as appropriate.
• Integrate commercial demand with supply, forecasting, and manufacturing plans to ensure on-time supply.
