The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington is seeking an Associate Director, Donor Engagement, Next Gen, to deepen donor relationships and cultivate new supporters as part of FRD’s mission. You will work with volunteers and leadership to design meaningful engagement opportunities, strengthening philanthropic commitment for local, national, and international Jewish life.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of annual fundraising, donor engagement, or relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to cultivate prospects and develop donor engagement strategies.
• Data-driven decision making and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deepen donor and prospect relationships through face-to-face solicitations and portfolio management.
• Cultivate and steward donors to support a $25M+ annual campaign.
• Collaborate with lay leadership to develop engagement opportunities and leadership pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding of donors, committees, and events with written materials and timelines.
• Partner with FRD colleagues and board leadership to expand engagement and fundraising outcomes.
