Job summary

Prelude-Therapeutics Incorporated is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our DMPK and bioanalysis laboratory. You will oversee in-house screening and bioanalytical work, coordinate outsourced studies with CROs, and ensure timely delivery of study results across our diverse portfolio.

The role requires supervision of staff, collaboration with biology and chemistry teams, and hands-on LC-MS/MS expertise to drive data quality and program success.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in chemistry/biochemistry/biology with 10+ years experience; or PhD with 5+ years.
• Supervisory experience in a multidisciplinary lab.
• Proven LC-MS/MS bioanalysis method development and data interpretation.
• Experience with SCIEX and Waters MS platforms.
• Experience calculating, reviewing, and interpreting PK parameters from preclinical studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the DMPK and bioanalysis laboratory.
• Oversee LC-MS/MS assays and data processing.
• Coordinate outsourced CRO studies from planning to reporting.
• Mentor and manage laboratory staff.
• Improve workflows, data quality, and turnaround times.
• Ensure timely delivery of study results.
