The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Director/Director, Global Forecasting, to join our Commercial Operations and Analytics team. This role involves building forecasting tools, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting pipeline and portfolio planning. Remote candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain forecasting models, including scenario planning and risk assessments.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish forecast recommendations and document assumptions.
3. Manage the development of global long-range forecasting models.
4. Integrate insights from market performance, research, and competitive landscape into forecasts.
5. Evaluate and recommend forecasting techniques, owning best practices.
6. Design analytics and research studies to validate forecast assumptions.
7. Support valuation of business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years in market research, forecasting, strategic planning, or management consulting; biotech experience preferred.
• Expertise in dynamic forecast models and data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of secondary data sources and commercial data in biotech.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership with high precision.
• Experience with rare/genetically defined diseases preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
