Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. (MSD) seeks an Associate Director, Digital Engagement Partner for Regulatory Affairs. You will drive adoption and governance of digital capabilities across GRACS, partnering with stakeholders to shape strategies and realize business value through AI, data science, and Power Platform solutions.

You will lead cross-functional, global teams, manage change, and ensure solutions scale into day-to-day operations while aligning with regulatory and GxP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field with 5+ years in regulated environments.
• Experience with digital engagement and governance across global teams.
• Experience partnering with business, IT, vendors, and sourcing partners to deliver tech-enabled solutions.
• Strong change leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value realization of digital capabilities across GRACS.
• Lead engagement strategies, stakeholder partnerships, use-case discovery and demand management.
• Oversee governance activities and capability-building initiatives for AI, automation, and data science solutions.
• Ensure digital solutions transition from concepts to scalable day-to-day operations.
