Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme seeks an Associate Director, Digital Operations, to lead modern data foundations and AI-enabled analytics for Development Sciences and Clinical Supply. You will architect scalable data platforms, build custom WebApps, and drive automation across the drug substance to global distribution lifecycle.

Qualifications

• MS with at least 5 years of relevant data engineering experience in industry.
• BS with at least 7 years of relevant data engineering experience in industry.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with Databricks experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Develop WebApps for PoC solutions (Streamlit/React) to be industrialized.
• Automate data workflows and deploy AI/agentic models to enable proactive insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical specs and roadmaps.
• Lead version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
