MSD is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Operations to lead digital transformations across Development Sciences and Clinical Supply. You will shift BI reporting to a modern data foundation, building data pipelines and custom WebApps for PoC solutions that scale to production.

The role emphasizes Databricks, Python, AI workflows, and collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams to improve insights and automation within SAP/MES/LIMS data ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex requirements from stakeholders into technical roadmaps.
• Strong data engineering background with scalable pipelines and data models.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize modern data foundations and pipelines.
• Develop custom WebApps (WebApps) for PoC solutions and React platform integration.
• Apply agentic AI and ML models to automate decision-making and insights.
