The role requires extensive CRP experience, strategic oversight, and the ability to mentor peers while driving continuous improvement across programs and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
• 10 years clinical research experience including 6 years of project management.
• Knowledge of clinical trials, regulatory requirements (ICH GCP) and local laws.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid defense preparations and presentations for large, multi-country studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with core project team.
• Oversee delivery of clinical studies, balancing speed, quality and cost.
• Serve as primary customer contact and maintain key client relationships.
• Set and communicate objectives for core project teams; assess performance.
• Collaborate with functional groups to achieve milestones and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks and changes.
• Mentor junior team members and promote global best practices.
