Job summary

IQVIA Biotech is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Project Management to lead the operational elements of studies and programs from pre-award to close-out. You will drive strategic leadership, leverage therapeutic expertise, and ensure quality, time, and budget compliance across global programs.

You will oversee bid defenses, develop study plans, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10 years clinical research experience including 6 years of project management.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and customer relationships.
• Experience with budgets and contract obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid defense presentations with Business Development for large studies and multiple regions.
• Develop and support integrated study management plans with core project team.
• Ensure delivery quality, speed and cost using standard processes and tools.
• Serve as primary customer contact and manage relationships with key contacts.
• Coach junior team members and promote continuous improvement across the team.
