Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of digital communications or related fields.
• Experience developing and executing integrated digital strategies.
• Experience managing corporate digital channels, governance & operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Experience leading digital transformation and AI adoption preferred.
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of digital publishing platforms, CMS, analytics tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
