Job summary

Gilead Sciences Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Digital Asset Management to lead strategy, governance, and operations for a global DAM capability.

You will own the product vision, partner across Legal, Regulatory, IT, and commercial teams, and evolve DAM into a strategic content foundation enabling global-to-local reuse and AI-assisted workflows. You will build and coach a high-performing team of content librarians, drive metadata quality, taxonomy, and service delivery while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and ten years' experience OR Master's Degree and eight years' experience OR PhD/PharmD and two years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise DAM strategy, roadmap, and governance to align with business outcomes.
• Lead AI-enabled content automation and ensure trusted, reusable content for enterprise AI.
• Establish global standards for metadata, taxonomy, and lifecycle management across DAM.
