UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Data Product Business Analyst in Weehawken, NJ. Are you an innovative thinker? Do you focus on details under pressure? • Improve and automate data for model development; support product management, data management, and technical business analysis.
• Support model users and AI developers with data fitness and verification for models, as part of GOTO programs for data products and AI acceleration.
• Coordinate with business divisions and group functions regarding data product needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory, data management, technology, and cloud requirements.
• Apply agile and change management principles; conduct requirement and gap analysis to identify tooling, procedures, risks, and training needs.
• Contribute to designing, building, and implementing tooling and control frameworks; assess impacts of changing requirements on data governance.

Your Expertise

Education & Experience:

• Master's degree or equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Technology, or related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 7 years of relevant experience.
